Let's work together
Meditation allows us to disconnect from the constant demands of the world and reconnect with our true selves. Our mind and body become harmonized and balanced.
Our creativity and our sense of purpose start to grow. We feel a renewed level of love and compassion.
Everything begins to flow effortlessly. Meditation puts us in our flow. Ancient wisdom and modern science agree that it benefits the mind and body.
Through a regular meditation practice you will enjoy many physiological and emotional benefits, including:
- Normalized heart rate and blood pressure
- Slower and deeper breathing
- Strengthened Inmune function
- Decreased stress hormones
- Increased anti-aging hormones
- Decreased inflammation
- Reduced anxiety
- Enhanced feelings of well-being, joy, and equanimity
Breath awareness enhances the connection between the mind and body and reduces stress.
Guided meditations are a great option for new meditators or those who find it challenging to remain still for an extended period as it is led by someone else.
Mantra meditation involves repeating a word or phrase for the duration of the meditation, the mantra serves as a focal point. The word “mantra” translates to “mind instrument.”
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening, which can lead to spontaneous movements, a cathartic experience, and deep insights or realizations.
With continued exposure, it can result in a profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat, some music is played, and the facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
The signature of the KAP lineage and the founder Venant Wong is that practitioners generally go through this awakening while also staying grounded and connected to their bodies and this world.
Clients typically report having deep insights or realizations, strengthened intuition, shifts in perception of reality, more clarity, developed senses, a capacity to feel more deeply, deeper states of consciousness, a sense of purpose, deeper connection to themselves, living with a more open heart, inner knowing, bliss states, experiencing non-dual states or oneness…the list goes on.
It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose.
Specific workshops are organized for these transmissions.
