Ayurveda

Introduction
Ayurveda is the science of life. This 5,000 year-old healing system was originated in ancient India. It shows us how to make conscious healing choices in regards to our diet, physical activity, sleep, emotional well-being and other aspects of our lives. It offers the tools to help us return to our natural state of health, balance, and wholeness.
Description
Ayurvedic physicians have long instructed their patients on how to live a lifestyle that cultivates health, happiness, and longevity, in order to prevent diseases. This is why Ayurveda is referred to as “the original lifestyle medicine.” Ayurveda comprehended long before quantum physics that the human body is a field of energy and information in continuous interaction with the external environment and the universe. It understands that the body is not a static entity but an active process in consciousness, which shapes all our experiences. Therefore, every decision we make, whether it be in actions or thoughts, can influence our physical and mental experiences.
Ayurvedic practices
The practices you will learn, such as meditation, healthy nutrition, quality sleep and conscious movement, are based on self-compassion. These practices will assist you in developing self-love that is not dependent on comparisons to others. By understanding your individual nature and strengths, you can establish self-care routines that nourish you. The focus is on knowing and caring for the mind, body, and spirit.

KAP

Introduction
KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process. It is a transmission process — the transmission of kundalini/life force energy. The focus in KAP is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness.
Description

KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening, which can lead to spontaneous movements, a cathartic experience, and deep insights or realizations.

With continued exposure, it can result in a profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.

In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat, some music is played, and the facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…

The signature of the KAP lineage and the founder Venant Wong is that practitioners generally go through this awakening while also staying grounded and connected to their bodies and this world.

Clients typically report having deep insights or realizations, strengthened intuition, shifts in perception of reality, more clarity, developed senses, a capacity to feel more deeply, deeper states of consciousness, a sense of purpose, deeper connection to themselves, living with a more open heart, inner knowing, bliss states, experiencing non-dual states or oneness…the list goes on.
It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose.

Non-dual transmissions
For all those who have attended to KAP sessions and want to experience the transmission of the non-dual state.

Specific workshops are organized for these transmissions.
