About me

Susana Villalba

It started in 2011 when I realized that something was missing in my life. I had a good job and all the material things but it wasn’t enough. My inner voice was telling me, “Is this all there is? Is this what my life will be like from now on? There must be something else…”. I thought if there is another way to live where I would be happier and fulfilled, then I should go for it. This is where my journey begins.

I had been professionally trained in Construction Engineering Technology and had been working in the sector for years. I traveled to New York City on vacation that summer, in 2011, to a city that I loved since I was a child. When I returned home, the idea of living in New York was ever-present in my mind. It took some time, but eventually, I listened to my inner voice and took a leap of faith. I left everything behind in Spain to start a new life in New York. I met wonderful people who guided me along the way, and I found a good job within my profession. This marked the beginning of a new chapter for me. I am convinced that practicing meditation guided me on this journey.

After settling in New York, my interest in personal development and self-realization began to grow. I spent all my spare time learning more about it through different teachers, techniques, practices, and training programs that seemed to be perfectly connected and came one after the other. The fulfillment and happiness that this path brought me made me realize that I needed to make a decision. I decided to put my career aside and fully dedicate myself to serving others by sharing the knowledge, practices, and techniques I had learned.

I feel that the best thing I can do in my life is to dedicate all of my energy to inspire others to connect with who they really are, expand their consciousness and live their most authentic life.

If you’ve read this far, thank you. I hope this is just the beginning of our relationship.

Some moments

"When we discover who we really are, remembering that we are light, energy, love. Then everything changes, we can no longer live as we used to, our way of living and relating changes."

Susana Villalba

"I believe in change. I believe in that inner voice that is our intuition, that if we allow it, it will guide us."
